This Privacy Policy describes how Iron Grid, LLC (“Iron Grid” or “we”) treats the personal
information we collect through our mobile application (“Application”) and/or website
www.irongridfootball.com (the “Website”), and applies to all users of the Application or Website.
By using and accessing our Application or Website, you are accepting the terms, conditions,
and practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an agreement between you
and Iron Grid regarding the subject matter herein. This Privacy Policy tells you when this policy

change the personal information you provide to us, how we may change this policy, and the
steps we take to ensure that your personal information is protected. This Privacy Policy applies
only to information collected through our Application or Website and does not describe the ways

Application or Website.

All activities in which you may engage via our Application or Website are voluntary. You
are not required to provide any personal information to us unless you choose to access features
on our Application or Website which require the information. If you do not agree with the terms

Website, then you should immediately cease use of the Application or exit our Website and
discontinue use and access. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy

telephone number, as well as your favorite sports teams (college and professional) and a user
name which you create which will be used to identify you in our Application and/or Website. You
may be required to provide personal information to access or use certain parts of our Application
or Website or features of the Application or Website. If you do not provide the requested personal
information, you may not be able to access or use the features of the Application or Website
where such information is requested.
We also may collect information about you and your use of our Application and Website

Website, or by other means. If you elect to invite your friends to join or learn more about our
Application or Website, and submit their e-mail addresses, we will collect your friends’ email
addresses that you submit and send them an email inviting them to join.

information, including the click stream data and cookies, as mentioned below, may be collected
from you whenever you access the Application or Website, whether or not you provide us with
any personal information. We may track the total number of visitors, the number of visitors to
each page of our Website, browser type, and IP addresses, and other information provided by
you and others users, and we may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate,
but such information will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and it will

7. NO USE OF APPLICATION OR WEBSITE BY PERSONS UNDER 18 PERMITTED
Persons Age 18 or Older. The Application and Website are intended only for persons
who are 18 years or older. Personal registration information submitted by a person under the
age of 18 will not be accepted. Any general information provided by a person under the age of
18 and gathered (for example, through the use of cookies) during his or her visit may be used
as indicated in this policy, but Iron Grid is committed to protecting the privacy of children and
has no intention of collecting personal data from children under the age of 18. We encourage
parents and guardians of children under 18 to regularly check and monitor their children’s use of
e-mail and other activities online.
Children. We do not direct any of our content specifically at children under 13 years of
age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy
online. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user of our Application or Website user is
under age 13, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.

8.1 Disclosing Information to Third Parties
Again, other than as set forth above, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer

advance, but we do share aggregate information. We provide some of our services through

For your convenience and to improve the usage of the Application or Website we
may insert links to third parties in our Application or on our Website. This Privacy Policy does
not apply to such third party websites. These links take you beyond our control. Your visits and
access to such websites is at your own risk. Please note that those other sites or third parties
may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information.
9. AUTOMATIC COLLECTION (USE OF COOKIES)

from our database by notifying us. We encourage you promptly to update your personal

with respect to any of its provisions that are changed in the future, in which case the changes
will become effective on the date they are posted on our Website or update in our Application,

any time. Changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately on their
posting to this Website. You agree to check this policy periodically as its terms may change
from time to time. Your continued use of the Application or Website after we post any such
modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified policy and your agreement to
abide and be bound by the modified policy.
